How To flash using QPST Tool.

• Download and install Qualcomm USB Driver.
• Download and install QPST Tool.
• Open QPST Config.
• Click on the Port Menu.
• Click on the Starts Clients Menu and Select Software Download.
• You will be able to see the QPST Software Download Dialog Box.
• Click on the Phone Image Browse Button and Locate the Firmware .hex.
• Under the Boot Image, Click on the Browse button and locate the BOOT_LOADER.HEX file (comes with the firmware).
• Click on the Start Button.
• Flashing is completed you will see the Green Bar at the end of Flashing.
• It may take 5-10 minutes depending on your firmware size.
• Disconnect your device and restart it.
• Done.

How To flash using QFil Tool

• Download and install Qualcomm USB Driver.
• Download and extract Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL).
• Open QFIL.exe.
• Switch Off your Smartphone or Tablet.
• Press and Hold Volume UP, volume up+down, volume down, volume up+down+power Key and Connect the Device to the Computer using USB Cable.try differnt combinations if your phone can't connect with your computer.
• you can see Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 port after sucesfully conected your device. 
• Click on Browse Button and locate the Firmware (.mbn) or programmer path.
• click on load xml.
• Load rawprogram.xml and rawprogram_unsparse.xml.
• load patch0.xml.
• Click on the Download button.
• It may take 5-10 minutes depending on your firmware size.
• Disconnect your device and restart it.
• Done.
